If people are all good with having junk coming out of their mouths that is their choice. So then that reveals it is uncouth, crass inappropriate etc - So why then expose it and say it to everyone else and claim it as "ART" or freedom of expression - the latter i laugh at because if you took out all the foul words he would only have half as much to say and would it really have any substance at that ?. Why is that ? Your conscience reminds you this is not the way to speak around those close to us. Would Dr Dre or you or anybody be around his or your mother and talk like that ? or even around children ? But I really think it makes the fellow look foolish and immature the opposite of what being a man is all about. We all have in our minds/hearts the understanding of right and wrong ,and what is appropriate to say around. You could say it is a "moral" issue or behavior situation.
